Ordering Questions

Ordering and Downloading the Product:

Q: Can I order on-line? How do I order?

A: Currently you cannot order on-line, but you can go to our Order Form page and print it out, fill it out, then fax it over to us. After faxing the Order Form and License Agreement to us, we will process the order and e-mail the download instructions, password and invoice to you.

Q: How long will it take to get the file?

A: Normally it takes only about 30 - 60 minutes to process an order and e-mail you the password, but sometimes it may take longer.

Q: How do I get the file?

A: After we process your order, we will e-mail the instructions to you for going to our Download Page to get the Full Version.

If you want to try before you buy, you can download a demo version of the file from the Download Page. You may have to scroll down to see all the products listed.

Q: If I want to buy another add-on later, can I? How much will it cost?

A: If you want to buy an add-on later, you can buy that and just pay the difference in price. For instance, if you bought the Pro-Zipcode Deluxe base product and you needed an add-on that was $100.00, you would just pay that $100.00 difference.

Q: Can I use the file after the year is up?

A: Yes, you can use the file after the year is up. Depending on the data that you have, it will get old over time and you'll probably want to renew at some point. We'll send you reminder notices every couple of months so that you'll know where to renew it from.

Q: How do you notify me when there is a new version?

A: We notify you automatically by e-mail every time a new version is released during your one-year subscription. The e-mail will give you the current password and the download instructions. You'll then go to our Download page and download the file.

Q: How often do you send out updates?

A: We send out updates for the U.S. and Canadian files about every two months.

Q: How much are the updates?

A: The updates are included in the price of the subscription. When you ordered the product, you ordered a one-year subscription and you will not need to pay for each individual update.
